Member-only story
Don’t make the mistake I did, wasting half my life chasing dopamine…
I spent decades trying to find happiness.
Looking outward in the wrong places.
Trying to live by societies (sic) rules.
Convinced I needed lots of “things”.
Determined to please everyone.
Never feeling satisfaction.
Let’s see what I did wrong.
Then, how I fixed myself.
And how you can too.

Dopamine is the feel-good brain chemical.
It’s needed for normal brain functioning.
But, chasing it for quick hits isn’t good.
The body starts to need more & more of it.
Normal enjoyable things aren’t anymore.
This can lead 2 depression & addiction.
